These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the goodBeetle expert consultation marketplace. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use goodBeetle.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitute acceptance.

2. Definitions

• “Service” refers collectively to expert browsing, booking, payments, and chat functionality.

• “User” means any individual or entity using goodBeetle services, including clients and experts.

• “Expert” is a professional who provides consultations via our platform.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts. By using goodBeetle, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must:

• Use goodBeetle lawfully and ethically; do not harass, defraud, or infringe.

• Not post spam, malicious software, or unauthorized content.

• Respect intellectual property rights.

6. Booking & Payment

• Service fees are clearly listed before booking.

• Payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Cancellation policy: full refund if the expert fails to consult during your booking. 50% refund in case the consultation is incomplete. No refund in case the user fails to reply within the consultation time.

7. Expert Services and Liability

• Experts are vetted, but goodBeetle does not guarantee outcomes.

• goodBeetle is not liable for expert advice; users rely on advice at their own risk.

8. Content and Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their own content.

• By submitting content, you grant goodBeetle a license to use, reproduce, and display it on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

• goodBeetle owns all rights to platform designs, text, and branding.

• Users may not copy or use goodBeetle materials without permission.

10. Termination

• goodBeetle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or content for violations.

• Terminated users may be prohibited from future access.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of major changes and post the effective date. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance.
